Delivery will be made within 3-5 working days. On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification providing a specific timescale for when your order is expected to arrive. In the event that the item is out of stock after you have placed your order, you will be promptly informed by email, and a full refund will be issued.
We do not accept returns of unwanted or non-faulty items under any circumstances. If you find that your purchase is faulty or damaged, this must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the goods. To initiate a return, you must complete the Returns form provided below and include clear pictures of the faulty or damaged product. Once we receive your request, a member of our team will get in touch with you to discuss the next steps. Products that need to be returned should be sent back in their original packaging to ensure safe transit. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will carefully inspect the product and make a determination regarding liability and acceptance of the return.
